The Company that you are contracting with under these rules when you bet is: PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB Limited and all PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB: Rugby Predictions bets are placed with and into pools operated by PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB Limitd, Northgate House, North Gate, Nottingham NG7 7BQ.
Using this web site constitutes your acceptance, without modification, to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use and disclaimers described below. If you do not accept these Terms of Use you should leave the web site immediately.
User Conduct and Obligations
This site is presented and operated by Punt For Your Club from its offices in the United Kingdom. You agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations when using this web site. Furthermore, you agree that you shall not:
upload, post or otherwise transmit through or to this website any content that:
- is unlawful, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, lewd, offensive, defamatory or otherwise objectionable;
- might infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, rights of publicity, or other proprietary rights of others;
- contains any viruses, trojan horses, time bombs, or any other harmful programs or elements;
disrupt, place unreasonable burdens or excessive loads on, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our website, its computer systems, servers or networks;
provide false information to us, impersonate any other person, or otherwise attempt to mislead others about your identity
sell access to or the use of this website, including any content contained on, downloaded or accessed from this website
Service
We provide our services using a reasonable level of commercial skill and care and we endeavour to provide a service that is both entertaining to consumers and commercially appealing to other businesses.
However, when permitted by law, PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB Limited will not be responsible for loss of profits, revenues or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages. The total liability for any claims under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount that you paid us to use our services. In all cases, we will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.
PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB Limited makes no representation or warranty as to the software on the website and cannot be held responsible for the failure of any of the software. All online bet requests are confirmed by the bet acceptance message and are instantly available to view in the account holder's Account section. PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB Limited does not accept responsibility for any bet not confirmed in the above manner.
Despite every effort to ensure complete accuracy, PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB Limited or its licensors cannot be held responsible for any errors in the information on the website including, without limitation, the provision of results or event start times. In the event of incorrect information being quoted, bets will, if necessary, be deemed void and all bets cancelled.
Bets are only accepted using the funds available in an account at the time. Where a credit/debit card is used to deposit funds, such funds only become available after PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB Limited has obtained authorisation from the relevant card issuer. Should the card issuer decline a transaction, all enquiries should be addressed by the account holder to the card issuer concerned.
If you appear to use your account as a banking facility by making deposits and withdrawals without commensurate betting activity, we reserve the right to pass on to you any banking charges or administration costs we have incurred.
All PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB bets are subject to the PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB betting rules and general rules of PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB Limited, as amended from time to time.
Where PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB Limited considers there to be evidence or reasonable suspicion of match, or event rigging, the right is reserved to declare bets void or withhold settlement pending the result of any subsequent investigation.
PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB Limited reserves the right to decline all or part of any bet offered and to close an account without explanation. A bet taken in error after an account has been closed or suspended will be void
Only one account per customer is permitted. If we discover that a customer has opened multiple accounts we reserve the right to close all accounts and cancel all bets placed settled or outstanding.
Accounts may only be opened in Pounds Sterling (GBP)
All times quoted on this website refer to UK Time.
PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB Limited reserves the right to reclaim any erroneously transferred monies relating to incorrect settlement of bets.
All PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB bets are ‘pool’ or ‘pari-mutuel’ type bets whereby the winning return is calculated by reference to the money staked in the pool and the eventual number of winning bets.
All British rugby will be subject to the Rugby Football Union. Overseas rugby will be subject to the equivalent regulatory body of the relevant country. Decisions of the relevant authority as to the running and outcome of events will apply to all PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB bets.
It is a condition of our acceptance of bets from you that, and by offering to place a bet with us you represent that:
(a) you are not prohibited from entering into the bet by any term of your contract of employment or any rule of a Sport Governing Body which applies to you;
(b) you are not aware of any circumstances which would make the placing of the bet a breach of a rule on betting applied by a Sport Governing Body; and
(c) where the bet is placed on the outcome of a competition or other event or process or on the likelihood of anything occurring or not occurring (“the event“) you do not know the outcome of the event.
In the event of such representation by you proving to be false your stake will be forfeit and we shall not be obliged to pay any winnings which might otherwise have been payable in respect of the bet.
The timing of the declaration of dividends shall entirely be at the discretion of PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB
PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB reserves the right to rectify errors in accepted bets regardless as to the cause.
Subject to the preceding rules and once the official (e.g. by the governing body) result has been announced, the declared dividend will stand regardless of any subsequent alteration to the official result.
In the event of a failure, for whatever reason, which prevents the declaration of a dividend, the stakes of the PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB pool(s) concerned may be refunded.
PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB Limited accepts no liability under the law in any jurisdiction other than the UK. All bets made on the website, together with these terms and conditions and the Betting Rules, are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes that arise out of or in relation to them.
Placing Bets
Visit: puntforyourclub.com and login with your unique Username and Password.
As an Account Holder you are responsible for all bets placed on your account where the correct Username and Password have been input, therefore in your own interests you should never divulge your Username and Password or account number / details to any third party.
The minimum deposit into your account is £5.
PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB Limited will take no additional charges from your credit card for using our service; however some credit card providers may treat your deposit transactions with online betting sites as a cash withdrawal and charge you accordingly within their terms and conditions. PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB Limited cannot accept liability for any credit card charges you may incur.
The term bet and competition for the sake of these rules are interchangeable
All bets must be confirmed in the system together with full stakes paid not later than 15 minutes before the start of the match in the first leg (‘kick off’). PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB reserves the right to alter cut off times for bets but will make reasonable efforts to ensure any variation from the standard 15 minutes is communicated clearly.
Customers must check their bet receipts provided by the system as errors will not be rectified after ‘kick off’.
Authorisation for payment of stakes from your Card Issuer will normally be obtained and confirmed at the time of placing your bet, however should we be unable to obtain immediate authorisation your bet will be accepted subject to card issuer procedures and in the event of authorisation being subsequently declined, the bet will be void.
Interrupted gambling
PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB will take all reasonable steps to ensure that their policies for instigating or dealing with service interruptions are fair and do not systematically disadvantage customers.
Systems will be capable of recovering from failures that cause interruptions to gambling, including where appropriate, the capability to void gambles (with or without manual intervention), the capability to suspend betting markets, and taking all reasonable steps to retain sufficient information to be able to restore events to their pre-failure state.
Betting on all matches or tournaments can be placed up to 15 minutes before the published start time. Customers are reminded that local equipment or ISP service failure can result in slow or halted access to our service. Please allow sufficient time to place your bet. PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB cannot be held responsible for failure as a result of local connection errors.
Payment of Winnings
Payment of winnings is subject to the PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB general rules.
Bets are settled following confirmation of official results and after settlement.
All winnings are paid back to the Wallet within the customer’s PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB account. Winnings can be withdrawn to their original source at any time. To minimise transaction costs a minimum withdrawal level of £10 is set unless in the case of account closure. Withdrawals may take up to 3 working days depending on original source.
Should you disagree with the settlement of any item contained in your statement, you should notify details to PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB Customer Care via e-mail at:enquiries@puntforyourclub.com
As an Account holder you are responsible for notifying PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB of any changes to your Debit Card including expiry date etc, together with any change to your personal details including change of address. PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB Limited does not accept responsibility for any transactions declined by a card issuer where we have not been advised of the correct card details.
PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB reserves the right to pay the whole or part of any winnings by cheque.
Erroneous bets and refunds
All refunds relating to erroneous bets of any kind are discretionary and will be considered on a case by case basis.
Limiting collusion/cheating
Measures intended to deter, prevent, and detect collusion and cheating will be implemented. Gambling systems will retain a record of relevant activities to facilitate investigation and be capable of suspending or disabling player accounts or player sessions.
Any player suspecting another player(s) of collusion or cheating can report suspicious activity via our customer services contact form. All reports will be investigated.
Use outside the UK
Right to access and/or use the Website (including any or all of the products offered via the Website) may be illegal in certain countries (including, for example, the USA). You are responsible for determining whether your access and/or use of the Website is compliant with applicable laws in your jurisdiction and you warrant to us that gambling is not illegal in the territory where you reside.
Responsible gambling
PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB Limited is prohibited by law from accepting bets from persons under 18 years of age. PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB Limited will refuse to accept bets where it has reason to believe that the person placing them is doing so on behalf of persons under the age of 18. Any bets found to have been placed by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 will be void.
PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB is committed to providing excellent customer service. As part of that commitment, we are committed to supporting responsible gambling. Although PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB will use its reasonable endeavours to enforce its responsible gambling policies, we do not accept any responsibility or liability if you nevertheless continue gambling and/or seek to use the Website with the intention of deliberately avoiding the relevant measures in place and/or PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB is unable to enforce its measures/policies for reasons outside of our reasonable control.
Complaints and Disputes
Every effort will be made by our staff and management to resolve any dispute which may arise, under the terms and conditions of these rules. All complaints or disputes should initially be submitted via the customer contact form on the PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB website. PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB will respond to all complaints within 4 working days.
Should a customer be dissatisfied with the decision and ruling offered by staff and management, or should a matter arise which is not covered by these rules, customers should write to PUNT FOR YOUR CLUB at NORTHGATE HOUSE, NORTH GATE, NOTTINGHAM NG7 7BQ explaining the details of their dispute.
Should you remain dissatisfied please refer the matter, again in writing, to the Managing Director at the same address.
In the event of the matter not then being resolved the customer may submit the dispute to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS), PO Box 62639, London, EC3P 3AS, telephone 020 7347 5883, or a mutually acceptable recognised body, for an independent ruling. Provided the facts are presented by all parties concerned the adjudicator’s decision in these cases will be binding on both parties.

Changes to this policy
We may need to change the Terms from time to time for a number of reasons (including compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and regulatory requirements). Any minor or insubstantial changes may be made at any time and you are advised to review the Terms on a regular basis. The most up to date Terms will be available on the Website. All major changes will be notified to you in advance of such changes taking effect. If any change is unacceptable to you, you should cease using the Website and/or close your account. If, however, you continue to use the Website after the date on which the changes to the Terms come into effect, you will be deemed to have accepted those changes.
If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that part shall be deemed to be severable from the rest of these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions.
