Preventing Underage Gambling

Gambling whilst under the age of 18 is a criminal offence and Punt for your Club Ltd takes its responsibilities to prevent access by under 18s very seriously. If you suspect that someone under the age of 18 is gambling with Punt for your Club Ltd, please contact us immediately. Punt For Your Club Ltd runs age verification checks to confirm that our customers are 18 or older and legally old enough to gamble. If we are unable to confirm a customer's age through electronic checks, we reserve the right to suspend the account and request proof of age documentation.
